Funding to Purchase an Iconic Seafront Hotel on a Remote Scottish Island

Our client, a highly experienced hotelier and property investor had the opportunity to purchase a large hotel & guest house on the Isle of Mull at a significantly reduced price. 

The Hotel and surrounding village is famous for being the filming location of the Cbeebies show, Balamory. 

The deal that our client had identified was particularly time sensitive and needed to be complete within six weeks.

The remote location and the fact that the client was based in London, but needed a valuer to visit property before it could be purchased, further added to the time pressure.
