Development Funding for 32 Houses on the Grounds of a Scottish Mansion House

Our client, an experienced property developer approached us requesting funding to build 32 houses on a 8.2 acre plot in Helensburgh, Scotland. 

The client, who we have worked with previously is a skilled local builder and has extensive experience building ground up developments.

The development comprises a mix of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom detached and semi-detached family homes, located next to Blairvadach House, a landmark period property previously converted by the client into high-quality luxury apartments.

Lowry Capital provided £675,000 in funding for the development of the site and we are set to make more funds available as the build progresses.

Given the client’s proven delivery record and deep local expertise, we were able to make funds available quickly.

This development will deliver much-needed, high-quality family homes in a desirable coastal location, further enhancing the surrounding area.
