Funding the First 15 Homes of a 69-Unit Residential Scheme

Our client, a highly experienced developer we’ve partnered with previously, approached us to secure funding for the first phase of 15 houses within a 69-unit scheme in Tarbolton, South Ayrshire.
The 5.88-acre development site sits in a rural location near the village of Tarbolton, offering a balance of countryside living with excellent local connectivity.
The wider scheme will deliver 69 high-quality homes, designed to meet growing demand for new-build family housing in the area.
The first phase comprises 15 houses, with 5 units already sold off-plan prior to completion, showing clear market demand and early traction for the scheme.
Lowry Capital have funded £620,000 and we are set to make more funds available as the build progresses into phase 2 and 3.
By structuring funding around the developer’s phased exit strategy, we’ve enabled momentum on-site while protecting liquidity for the wider scheme.
This project reflects our continued appetite to support experienced regional developers delivering high-demand housing across Scotland.
